Techorizon, part of the international CRO CROMSOURCE, is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with data management experience to join our team. Techorizon is a worldwide provider of technology solutions for the Life Sciences, focused on supplying advanced solutions and services to the healthcare industry.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Act as intermediate between IT solution provider and the study data manager, by translating content requirements into programming needs, as well as providing feedback to the data manager on the technical options of the implementation of their requirements
• Support the technical setup of the study specific environment including: design/review of eCRF layout ensuring consistency with eCRF requirements and protocol requests; creating/testing the study database according to the eCRF specifications; design/review/program/test of edit checks; optional: setup the study specific medical coding environment in the EDC environment
• Align with the study data manager by ensuring clinical databases are correct, delivered on time and budget and are of good quality
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CDASH standards
• Work in a team for furthering data capture systems development
• Attend project teleconferences and ensure assigned actions are completed within the required timeframe
• Actively participate at project Clinical Trial Team meetings for the assigned trials ensuring appropriate level of support
• Liaise with Study Data Manager and Study Project Manager regarding resourcing, timelines and deliverables
• Work in a cross-functional team environment by sharing best-praxis suggestions, identifying issues, giving solutions and advice on cross-functional issues throughout study conduct
• Manage day-to-day workload to ensure project deliverables are met

• Experience and Attitude Required:
• At least 2 years of experience in Clinical Trials data management
• Life Science degree, Data Management qualification or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of EDC systems used in Clinical Trials
• Good attitude to IT environment such us Windows 10, Office, PowerShell, SQL server.
• Good attitude in data analysis and process improvement
• Excellent attitude to work in a team
• Good communication skills with good knowledge of English
