To strengthen our oncology team in Germany we are currently looking for a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I). We understand that a junior CRA requires guidance and oversight, while developing an understanding of the drug development and commercialization process. Therefor we offer a place in our Clinical Training Institute, which will help you to learn and develop yourself towards an independent monitoring CRA role. After the initial training period, you will be assigned to our General Medicines business unit. In this business unit we are working on trials of different sponsor on a variety of therapeutic areas like cardiology, nephrology, women’s health, vaccines, etc.
As a junior CRA you will be performing monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-III clinical research projects. In this way you assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites (either on site or remotely). It is the important role of the CRA to ensure clinical projects are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, company and sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP and/or all applicable local and federal regulatory requirements.
We are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues with the following:
• Relevant education
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to travel on a regular basis through Germany and/or the DACH region
