Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) to join our Belgian team in the our General Medicine department. This role can be home-based or office-based in our nice Diegem office, when the situation will permit this again. As an experienced CRA you know that the taks of this role are performing monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-III clinical research projects to assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites (either on site or remotely) and to ensure clinical projects are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, company and sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP and/or all applicable local and federal regulatory requirements.

For this position we are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues with the following:

  • Relevant degree
  • Previous monitoring experience in Belgium
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and working proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis. The monitoring will be in Belgium, but sometimes support is also given to The Netherlands.
