Clinical Study Manager- Remote Role I am currently working with a top pharmaceutical company in Hertfordshire who is looking for a Country Study Manager for a 6-month contract and this role can be office based or field based anywhere in the UK. In this role you will provide leadership and strategic planning and delivery of assigned clinical studies through all phases of study management.
Some of your responsibilities include:
*Full accountability and oversight for all assigned studies at regional and country level in accordance with the overall project plan- timelines, budget, resource, risk and quality plans
*Highlight deviations and risks in plans to relevant parties, develop and implement mitigation strategies
*Plan and execute country study goals
*Serve as global representative as part of the global study team
*Provide support to responsible study team members
*Provide study oversight, leadership and support to CROs
*Oversee study feasibility, site monitoring performance, preparation of risk based monitoring plans
*Collaborate in local compliance reviews, internal audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring inspection readiness
