CROMSOURCE is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to join our team in Europe.

The TAS will manage the recruitment process of new employees and freelancers/contractors.

  • Develops effective recruiting plans and executes the talent acquisition strategies
  • Collaborates with the hiring managers in identifying the recruitment needs and the potential candidates' competency and required skills
  • Identifies potential candidates for the open vacancies, performs the screening interview, coordinates the tests to be done by the candidate if applicable and makes an interview report
  • Sends matching CV's to the hiring manager and coordinates interviews cooperatively with them
  • Briefs and debriefs candidates before and after interviews, keep candidates warm and drafts rejection letters
  • Verifies references and background checks, in conjunction with HR where appropriate
  • Manages the job offer including negotiation and administration Manages the recruitment database by constantly adding candidates, checking, cleaning and updating the records based on the reporting/metrics requirements.
  • Provides regular reports (e.g. recruiting, hiring and concluding process)
  • Supports operational and sales departments with their project related resource needs by providing data and arguments for RFI/RFP, presenting sample candidates/short lists
  • Manages the recruitment standards (advertisement wording and layout, website wording, name branding, flyers, …)
  • May give Training on the recruitment database and supports junior members of the team, where necessary
  • Cooperates in continual process improvement

Job requirements:
  • High School Diploma at least
  • Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in the CRO/Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Social Media, LinkedIn and recruitment tools
  • Willingness to travel
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
