Regional Business Manager - Diabetes - South London/ Kent/ Sussex/ Surrey/ Berkshire/ Buckinghamshire/ Oxfordshire

They have a reputation for providing effective products for the treatment of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, HIV AIDS, Parkinson's disease, arthritis and pain relief in cancer.
They are looking for a Regional Business Manager to effectively coach and performance manage the sales force to deliver sales through high quality customer interactions. The RBM would also be responsible for co-creating, operationalising and implementing the account plan for the local area team in Primary Care.
The ideal candidate will have people management and coaching experience from within the UK pharmaceutical industry. They must have an expert knowledge of the NHS environment and the implementation of business strategy and performance drivers.
