They are currently seeking a talented Supply Chain & Commercial Executive to work from their Slough offices on an initial 12 month contract.

You will provide excellent customer service support to external customers and vendors ranging from NHS hospitals to Wholesalers, advising them about products, stock availability, orders and returns. It will be your responsibility to undertake all administrative tasks within customer service and supply chain, taking full ownership of each case from beginning to end.

Therefore you must be able to communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders, be point of contact for the in-field Key Account Management team and provide sales/stock support where needed, assisting the supply chain function with KPIs, stock bookings and monthly reporting.

Knowledge/Experience required:

• Proven experience in customer service/supply chain environment from within Pharmaceutical / NHS / Wholesaler environment
• Extensive experience of stock inventory/production schedule/forecasting reporting
• Advanced SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and build relationships with key contacts and stakeholders (internal & external)
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
