Description

- Compliance with all laws / guidelines and codes when dealing with doctors and medical institutions

- Professional advice in the area of ​​health care compliance

- Independent project coordination and processing of specific questions e.g. on the following topics:

- Submission of samples

- Dealing with free goods / discounts / bonuses from a compliance perspective

- Dealing with virtual events (appropriate remuneration of

- sponsoring services / documentation requirements)

- Support in daily work processes as required.

The service provision of the contractor has the goal of working closely with the German compliance team and, if necessary, the specialist departments to independently develop projects and to further strengthen the compliance program

Requirements;

- Proven experience in Health Care Compliance - Medical Devices

- Knowledge of the industry codes (BVMed, Eucomed) and the relevant legal regulations (e.g. FCPA)

- Anti-corruption law

- Code of Medical Devices of BVMed

2-4 years of relevant experience ideal

Mother tongue German required

Anforderungen:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Health Care Compliance Medical Devices

- Kenntnis der Industrie-Kodices (BVMed, Eucomed) und den relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (z.B. FCPA)

- Antikorruptionsrecht

- Kodex der Medizinprodukte des BVMed

Muttersprache: deutsch

Aufgaben:

- Einhaltung aller Gesetzen/ Richtlinien und Kodizes im Umgang mit Ärzten und medizinischen Einrichtungen

- Fachliche Beratung im Bereich Health Care Compliance

- Selbständige Projektkoordination und Bearbeitung von spezifischen Fragestellungen z.B. zu folgenden Themen:

- Abgabe von Mustern

- Umgang mit Free Goods / Rabatte / Boni aus Compliance Sicht

- Umgang mit virtuellen Veranstaltungen (angemessene Vergütung von

- Sponsoringleistungen / Dokumentationserfordernisse)

- Nach Bedarf Unterstützung in täglichen Arbeitsabläufen.

Die Leistungserbringung des Contractors hat das Ziel in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen Compliance-Team und ggf. den Fachbereichen selbständig Projekte zu erarbeiten und das Compliance Programm weiter zu stärken.
