Medical Affairs Associate - Pharmaceuticals - Melbourne

A Medical Affairs Associate is required for an interesting and unique pharmaceutical company. There will be a broad range of duties associated with driving and executing medical affairs activities in ANZ.
This is a small close-knit team and you will report directly to the Head of Medical Affairs.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

As a Medical Affairs Associate you will support the Head of Medical Affairs in the effective implementation of the medical strategy and the delivery of key medical affairs functions including;

• Medical Information
• Review of promotional material
• Therapy area training of the Marketing and Sales teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary health qualification (eg BPharm, MBBS, BNurs)
• Experience in medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian Medicines Code & Australian health care system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy, track record of building long standing influential KOL relationships
• Proven ability to understand and operate in a technically complex therapeutic area.
