Clinical Study Lead - CRO

Compass Life Sciences are working in partnership with a leading UK CRO in their search for a Clinical Study Lead. Our client is a specialist in vaccines discovery and treatment of infectious diseases, a rapidly expanding area of projects in this area has meant our client is going through a significant period of growth and is looking for a Clinical Study Lead to add to their established team. 
  
The Role 
  
The responsibility of the Clinical Study lead is to coordinate site activities depending on the study SOPs, providing direction and guidance to all clinical staff. You will be working closely with key stakeholders and attend project team meetings as the site representative, reporting study progress and ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with ICH-GCP standards.  
You will be required to oversee the completion of site-specific project related documentation including delegation logs, financial disclosures and account for study administration work process to appropriate timelines. Furthermore, you will play a key part in monitoring the study process to ensure compliance with study project plans. 
  
Requirements 
  
For this opportunity, the ideal candidate will possess the following: 
 
Relevant Life Sciences degree
Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and Regulatory Standards
Line management experience
Background of working in clinical research in a study coordinator role
Excellent communication skills
Able to use a wide variety of IT packages such as Microsoft Office
