Director of Payroll Solutions

We have a newly created position available for a Director, Payroll solutions. This is a global position, requiring an individual that understands the mechanics of establishing a payrolling solution from scratch.

Presence - They need to be a strong communicator who is able to influence without authority.   Technical knowledge - Good understanding of accounting and payroll principles, international compliance predominately within the EU but other regions would be a plus. Confidence - An ability to ask questions of both internal and external stakeholders without fear. Ownership - The ability to think on their feet and confidence in their own ability to find the right answers, even if that is not instantly. Consultative - A salesperson that uses consultative methods to expand the offerings to the wider business. The ability to join the dots and see the bigger picture.

The roles key objectives are as outlined below:

Assist in Design, review and maintain processes for Proclinical's Contract Payroll Solution. Promote Proclinical's Contract Payroll Solution to both internal and external audiences.  Grow the Payroll Runner book to 125 within first year. Work with the Contractor Care team (internal payroll) to ensure that all Contractor's needs are supported.   Ensure that all Solutions are commercially viable and provide a market leading experience for all Clients, Contractors and Third Parties. Account Manage all Third-Party suppliers and fully understand all commercial agreements and from time to time renegotiate those agreements. Ensure that all Proclinical's Contract Payroll Solutions are compliant with the required International Treaties, Local Laws, Employment regulations and by-laws.
