We are currently looking for a Regional Business Manager to join our Commercial department here at Healthcare at Home, to be based in the East Midlands.

You will be required to significantly expand the business and improve profitability by developing and implementing new business and protecting existing business. This will involve identifying opportunities within the NHS and aligning Healthcare at Home group capabilities with their priorities, building longer-term productive partnerships, and delivering against annual regional business targets

What does a Regional Business Manager do at Healthcare at Home?

  • Develop and implement a robust account plan in line with the NHS Services business strategy, in order to secure new business and protect existing business to achieve / exceed the Regional business targets.
  • Network widely with NHS customers and put a key focus on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that enhance access to key decision makers and increase their willingness to consider proposals for joint working.

  • Develop an effective working relationship with Operational & Clinical colleagues as appropriate to ensure submitted proposal are presented in best possible light and operational implications have been well understood.

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

We are seeking someone who ccan win new business, hit targets & optimise patient access to treatment.

You wil have a prove track record pf developing and implementing a robust account plan in line with an NHS Services business strategy, in order to secure new business and protect existing business to achieve / exceed the Regional business targets.

The ability to network widely with NHS customers and put a key focus on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that enhance access to key decision makers and increase their willingness to consider proposals for joint working.

You will have strong networking and relationships building skills to drive pipeline identification, srong communication skills, and able to multi-task and focuses time and energy on the most value adding tasks
