PPD are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to be based at any of our UK offices in Cambridge, Bellshill or Winchester or in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of administrative support and assistance to the Legal-Contracts team with PPD's Legal Department.
The position is an office based full-time, permanent role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Qualifications and experience:
A strong administrative background is required for this role, rather than legal skills. The key skills are attention to detail, collaboration, personal and documentary organisation, communication and the ability to work quickly under pressure. Excellent MS Office skills are required, especially working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with 'salesforce' system or similar is an advantage as is working with courier services/systems.

- Provide general administrative support and assistance to all members of the Legal-Contracts team within Europe and the US, including, document administration, purchase orders, expenses, booking travel, etc.
- Co-ordinate signature process in respect of the contracts processed by the Legal-Contracts team
- Maintain records, reports and databases for the team, including Salesforce, signature trackers, etc.
- Electronically file signed contracts and maintain such electronic filing system
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and PPD office locations
- Provide point of communication and reference for internal and external parties with the Legal-Contracts team, where required
