Our client are experts in global medical research patient recruitment and retention and trusted partners in delivering results for clinical studies to some of the most globally recognised pharma and contract research organisations. Having experienced phenomenal organic growth over the past 10 years they are now seeking an experienced professional to assist in the daily activities relating to Patient Recruitment and Retention programmes.

Key Responsibilities
To support Patient Recruitment & Retention programmes for defined projects, including:
* Act as client contact back-up
* Support the review of copy and creation of artwork
* Management of translation process
* Management printing and shipping

Detailed Responsibilities
Client Contact and Project Management
* Participate in client communications
* Production of agendas, minutes and reports in the defined time frame
* Completion of all start-up and project management documentation
* Track timelines ensuring adherence
* Budget management including but not limited to;
o Inputting into client invoicing
o obtaining vendor quotes
o creating task orders
* Review of copy ensuring compliance to all necessary regulatory/client requirements
* Support creation of artwork, translations, digital campaigns, retention item selection and management, and printing and shipping of materials
* Generate study/program KPIs
* Ensure timely and accurate tracker completion

Vendor Management
* Identifying and escalating vendor performance issues

Business Development
* Identify the need for change orders and the opportunity to increase services within a project
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies within the unit and across the company
Unit, Resource and Internal Team Management
* Training and supporting new staff
* Participate in interviews as requested
* Other responsibilities as delegated by Line Manager

Key Skills/Attributes/Education
Essential:
* Degree or higher in a biological science, or experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research or health communications, or marketing/design experience
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi projects
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
