Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, on a contract basis, who has had previous experience working within a healthcare advertising agency.

Please note: You should be at Senior Account Manager level or at an Account Manager level, with room for progression within the company. Ideally your experience will come from a Medical Education agency, or Pharma background.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience is necessary
  • Creative background, with strong experience in previous advertising agencies.
  • Great communication skills
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Efficiently deliver to time and on brief.
  • You should be comfortable in workflow management and with working with the wider client services team to pitch and help win new business for the agency.
  • The ability to maintain direct relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients to discuss their problems and how you can troubleshoot these to find a solution with them.

Responsibilities:

  • High level of attention to detail, organization and previous client facing experience
  • Pharmaceutical brand comms, diseases awareness campaigns, e-detail, leave pieces
  • High level of client interaction – working across multiple accounts at any one time
  • Highly knowledgeable about the scientific industry
