Head of Quality Assurance

We are partnered with a Global Biotechnology Company in the search for a Head of Quality Assurance to lead and drive the development of the Quality Assurance Department.

Tasks:

• Lead and manage the entire QA Department
• Oversee all QA activities on site
• Act as the reporting line for all QA staff, including Validation and Qualification Engineers.
• Liaising with the Qualified Person
• Continuous development of QA processes

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience in a leading position in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Several years' experience within QA for a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Experience with vaccines and other biologics is desirable but not essential
• Analytic, problem-solving, and critical and creative thinking skills
• Ambitious and willing to drive the QA department
