Our client is an cutting-edge, boutique, 360 medical communications agency that prides itself on quality and ethics and are driven to deliver a personalised approach and outstanding services. They are seeking a Senior Medical Writer to join their dynamic team in either Kent or London.
You will be responsible for creating and developing medical communications materials across an array of therapy areas and accounts, whilst providing support in project management and mentoring more junior members of the team. There is an opportunity to develop project management and line management skills too.

Responsibilities:
- Research and write a broad range of medical communication materials
- Act as lead on designated client projects
- Build and maintain relationships with your clients and external experts
- Ensure that your own work and that of your team is of high quality and meets the client’s communication objectives
- Lead and mentor junior members of the team
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with the development of proposals and pitches
- Life Science degree, BSc, MSc or PhD
- Significant medical writing experience gained in a medical communications agency
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
