We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programming/Business Intelligence Manager to join our team and help grow and support a team of 19 Business Intelligence Developers. To manage this team, along with additional functional management support, and support onboarding, resourcing, staff development. While ensuring quality in deliverables and handling client-facing responsibilities. Including key metrics & KPI tracking within regular management updates.
This Data Analytics department is part of an existing global team of approaching 1,400 PRA HS Team members dedicated to a specific key client account. Mainly office based in Livingston, Scotland with some staff homebased across the UK.
A solutions orientated, innovative, analytical and customer focused individual with demonstrable people management experience and a strong background in operational excellence!

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Science or Computer Science
- Experience managing teams of office-based and remote-working employees
- Experience across a selection of the following: TIBCO Spotfire (or similar), R, SQL, SAS, is preferred.
- Experience working within Clinical Trials or the wider Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
