Our client, a multi award winning medical communications agency is seeking a Scientific Project Coordinator to join their team in their Witney office.
The hybrid role involves providing support to project teams, in accordance to client requirements and brief, whilst being responsible tor budgeting, strategy and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance are being met to deliver the project successfully. You will also be developing and creating scientific content under supervision and learning aspects of quality control and editing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management to the team throughout the project life cycle ensuring the smooth operation of the account and project deliverables
- Develop detailed documentation relating to projects and project plans reflecting current timelines and milestones, including budgeting and cost proposal
- Create scientific materials, whilst learning about editing and quality control within regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
- Provide logistical and administrative support to account delivery teams
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of industry guidelines (Good Publication Practice 3, ABPI, PhRMA, CONSORT)
- Attend project meetings; symposia, advisory boards and congresses
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Life science degree; MSc is essential, PhD is desirable
- Demonstrable experience in a project management role gained within a medical communications agency is desirable
- Problem solver, with the ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Organised and efficient, able to reprioritize work as needed by clients and team members
- Good communicator, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
