Associate Clinical Project Manager

Joshua Leggett is currently partnered with a niche, blue-ocean, clinical-stage biotech based in the Netherlands that focus within Onco-Hematology and CAR-T Cells. Our client has an outstanding pipeline and portfolio with new products aiming to hit the market in 2022.

They are currently searching for a Clinical Project Manager OR an experience CRA that is career-driven and wanting to progress into a CPM. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of assigned global clinical research activities and give close oversight to the external vendors and CROs.

The appointed candidate will also be responsible for appropriate execution and oversight of clinical, operational development for several. Accountable for all activities associated, directly or indirectly with trial execution and clinical development, reporting and submission activities of the compound, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Clinical operations support to achieve all deliverables from the clinical protocol to the clinical study reports.
• Review study level Clin Ops Plans
• Develop outsourcing specs for vendor requests for proposal and scope of work agreements.
• Manage external vendors.
• Participate in review of data management deliverables from external vendors and CROs.
• Assist in the planning and conduct of investigator meetings.
• Provide input into non-project related activities and development of procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience within the Pharma/Biotech industry in drug development
• Experience managing projects and/or matrix teams within Clinical Operations.
• Oncology or Immunology experience (ideal)
• Interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Leadership, communication, and management skills
• Strong presentation skills
