Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Operations department in France.

You will provide administrative support to the project teams within Clinical Operations and Project Management in accordance with ICH/GCP, Simbec-Orion standard operating procedures, and local regulations to ensure clinical trial administration is performed such that subjects' rights, safety and well-being are protected and that the clinical trial data is reliable.

You will report into the CRA Manager and work under the guidance of Senior Clinical Trial Assistants to contribute to the overall quality of clinical trials and meet key deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

Essential:

  • Prior experience working within the clinical research industry.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleague and clients
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and an ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Possesses practical knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


  • Desirable:
    • Graduate or postgraduate, college degree or equivalent within a scientific or healthcare discipline
    • Ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP
