An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRA to join a leading global contract research organisation on a sponsor dedicated basis with a key pharma client. The position of  Senior CRA is a crucial role within the department where development of leadership skills is encouraged and supported.

The ideal candidate will have a well rounded and recent therapeutic experience within the areas of Oncology or Vaccines.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for coordinating Phase I-IV clinical trials
• Perform all types of site visits including, qualification visits, initiation visits, monitoring visits, motivational visits, audit support visits, and  close out visits.
• Identify potential sites for a proposed study in conjunction with the Project Team, and conduct feasibility assessment of sites as required
• To liaise with other appropriate departments including to ensure the smooth running of the study

Ideal candidate Requirements:

• A degree in life science or related

• Previous CRA experience within clinical research of approximately 2 years +
• Good clinical knowledge with an understanding of medical terminology
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good clinical knowledge with an understanding of medical terminology
• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching CRAs

This is a permanent, full time home role based in which travel is required regionally of which you will need a full clean UK driving Licence.
