This global consultancy are looking for a Senior Principal, of Pricing, Market Access and Reimbursement and who will be responsible for managing the global strategy team to support client engagement, deliverables and external value promotion. In addition, they will support the Leadership Team in developing strategic content for specified clients. The role will provide executive project and department support and lead PMAR external value marketing via promotional efforts and thought leadership.

The Role:

  • Collaborates with rest of PMAR Leadership Team in developing business strategies with particular focus as SME for market access strategy & global reimbursement
  • Leads all aspects of PMAR external marketing strategy & value proposition execution (i.e. thought leadership development, conference participation, webinars, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Ensure PMAR internal and external expertise by hiring, leading and developing a global strategy team of consultants and related subject matter experts
  • Lead discussions with sensitive market stakeholders (payers, high-level KOL’s, high-level industry experts) and strategic and SME content for client deliverables
  • Support client engagement for pitches, capabilities, client meetings, content and presentations
  • Achievement of high client satisfaction and repeat engagements
  • Provide mentoring and supervision, and manage staff development
  • Travel approximately 40% domestic and / or international

What you need to apply for this role, will be a blend of the below factors:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a global health care/consultancy environment specific to pricing, market access and reimbursement
  • 5 + years in people management
  • Demonstrable experience of business development and client satisfaction
