Compass Life Sciences are partnering with a leading early stage Clinical Research Organisation situated in central London. We are looking to speak with candidates who are curious and passionate about the development of new medicines and treatments, within early phases of clinical development. This position will allow you to closely work and collaborate with Principal Investigators, Sponsors and Regulatory Authorities as well as stakeholders and internal medical teams working towards the advancement of new research programmes.  
  
The main focus of this role will be to ensure effective scientific documentation and quality control processes are implemented to meet regulatory requirements. You will work with cross functional teams, internal and external, in certifying all departmental documents meet requirements both in efficacy and standards ready for inspection and audits.   
  
Requirements 
  
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess the following:  
 
BSc, or higher, in Clinical Pharmacology or related field
Previous experience in record compiling of clinical study documents including, but not limited to, clinical trial documents, study protocols, Regulatory and ethics submissions and clinical data analysis and safety analysis
Working knowledge of industry guidelines and standards (FDA, EMA, ICH, PMDA)
Demonstratable working ability to implement new strategies and processes to ensure best practices
Strong communication skills is a must
Ability to manage any outsourced writing activities and collaborations with external vendors and service providers
