Sr. Manager/ Associate Director HEOR

My client is seeking an individual with exceptional HEOR experience to join their team as a Senior Manager or Associate Director. This person must be eligible to work in the US. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work cross functionally within the organization to support HEOR strategy development 
• Design and lead HEOR studies to support the commercialization strategy 
• Design and lead plans for earl evidence generation and real world evidence studies 
• Communicate effectively with internal leaders 

Requires:

• Strong market research skills such as interviewing payers and KOL's, conducting advisory boards, synthesizing and interpreting data
• Ability to develop protocols and statistical analysis plans
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• 5-7 years working in a consulting or biopharmaceutical company 
• Advanced degree in the science's preferred (PhD, MPH, MA, etc.)
