Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a full range of high-quality medical communication services
- Design and support delivery of creative communications including congress activities, advisory boards, standalone meetings, digital and training materials
- Through effective line management and coaching ensure training, development, and appraisal of all line reports
- Contribute to pitches, new business development, and the development of existing accounts
- Life Science Degree – preferably a PhD or PharmD
- Significant previous writing experience in a medical communications agency
- Able to demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking
- Strong capability for financial management
- Interest and understanding of developments in the healthcare industry worldwide
- Previous account leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
