Syneos Health is currently recruiting for several experienced CRA's to support our department of General Medicines in Germany.

The Clinical Research Associate will perform monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-III clinical research projects to assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites (either on site or remotely) and to ensure clinical projects are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, company and sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP and/or all applicable local and federal regulatory requirements. The main therapeutic areas are womens health, nephrology and dermatoly. The monitoring visits will be in Germany and, if possible, in the full DACH region.

Qualifications - External

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague with the following:

  • Relevant degree

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements

  • Previous monitoring experience in Germany and/or the DACH region

  • Experience in a CRO is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in German and working proficiency in English

  • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
