We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced scientist to take a leading role across all stages of biologic development.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading a team of talented scientists, researchers and analysts
  • Designate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure objectives are met and projects complete
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Liaise regularly with clients to ensure project objectives are met as well as preparing and presenting project proposals
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions such as sales and marketing

Requirements

  • PhD in a life science
  • Experience working in pharma, biotech or CRO environment
  • Comprehensive assay development experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Experience/understanding of regulatory requirements/guidelines
