Title: Business Systems Analyst – (Clinical & Quality Systems)

Position Summary:

For one of Planet Pharma global clients, we urgently seek a talented Business Systems Analyst to join on an initial 12 Month Contract. In this role you will be responsible for the management of business systems, which includes the implementation, integration, testing and management of system releases, as well as end user support with a clear understanding of the pharmaceutical regulations within GxP environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support system release process including validation activities, e.g. preparation and execution of testing, and end user communication
• Support the development of training documentation
• Creation of system related QS documentation (SOPs, WISs, etc.) in compliance with relevant policies and standards
• Guarantee compliance to CSV requirements, IT Policies, and standards

Requirements:

• Ideally you will possess at least 2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in business area in support and managing relevant IT systems, e.g. electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Contract Management System, electronic Trial Master File Systems (eTMF) etc.
• Experience in Veeva Vault administration and configuration beneficial
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation and Code of Federal Regulations CFR 21 Part 11 and required documentation
