This position is for Calyx, formerly Parexel Informatics. With 250 new drug approvals in its history, Calyx has supported over 25,000 trials involving more than fourteen million patients. Job Purpose:

Working with Product Management, Portfolio, Business Owners and Scrum teams to create and define user stories and supporting artefacts for product features and enhancements. Assisting with identifying and documenting features to improve business efficiency, productivity and drive revenue. In addition, you will support the Product Management function in prioritizing business epics, agile release train epics and features. Including associated user stories for inclusion in a particular release and sprint.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Analysis.
Investigating operational needs, problems, and opportunities.
Contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and
non-automated components of new or changed processes.
Assisting in defining acceptance tests for recommendations.
Business Process Improvement.
Analysis of business processes identifying alternative solutions including
feasibility and new approaches.
Contributes with evaluating the factors be addressed in the change programme.
Helps establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
Relationship management, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Managing resolutions, corrective actions and lessons learned.
Uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
Uses established techniques to identify current problems and
elicit, specify and document business functional, data and non-functional
requirements for simple subject areas with clearly defined boundaries.
Assists in more complex requirements activities and with the processes for establishing agreed baselines for change.
Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
Shows initiative, self-confidence and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities.
Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modelling, Process Modelling and/or other development methodologies
Awareness of structured approach to test planning and test execution.

Education:

Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science field, or equivalent.
