Job Details
Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Trial Associate for a sponsor-dedicated role to be office-based in Lucerne in Switzerland.
Your main responsibilities:
Track (e.g. essential documents) and report (e.g. safety reports)
Ensure collation and distribution of study tools and documents
Update clinical trial databases (CTMS) and tracker
Collate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documents, e.g. eTMF
Assist with eTMF reconciliation
Provide to and collect from investigators forms/lists for site evaluation/validation, site start-up and submissions
Support preparation of submission package for IRB/ERC and support regulatory agencies submissions.
Develop, control, update and close-out country and site budgets (including Split site budget)
Calculate and execute payments (to investigators, vendors, grants)
The ideal candidate will need the following experience/ skills to be considered:
First experience in clinical research will be preferred
Fluency in German and English language (verbal and written)
Good knowledge of French language will be a plus
Good computer skills
Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks
