We have an exciting opportunity available as a (Senior) Director of Translational Pharmacology. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work within an exciting biotechnology company in setting up the Translational Pharmacology team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the entire pharmacology function
• Establish, build and lead the translational pharmacology team
• Leading in the design and execution of translational strategies across the portfolio
• Lead in target validation responsibilities 
• Contribution to designing and analysing FIH studies
• Work together with internal and external stakeholders ensuring delivery of key objectives and harvesting strong working relationships

Requirements

• Advanced science or clinical degree (PhD, MD or PharmD)
• Knowledge/experience within oncology preferred
• Proven experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in a translational development/research including in-vitro and in-vivo experience
• Experience within pharmacology
• Clear and articulate verbal, written and presentation skills
• English language
