Hobson Prior are looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Clinical & Quality Systems to join a growing biopharmaceutical company in Switzerland who focus on discovering, developing and bringing more, pioneering medicines to patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to assess user needs through close cooperation with business functions to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in accordance to the IT strategy and architecture.
  • Responsible for ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance of systems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Focal point to communicate system related problems, in collaboration with the IT teams and the software vendor on changes, fixes, and updates.
  • Support system release process including validation activities, e.g. preparation and execution of testing, and end user communication
  • Support the development of training documentation
  • Creation of system related QS documentation (SOPs, WISs, etc.) in compliance with relevant policies and standards.
  • Guarantee compliance to CSV requirements, IT Policies, and standards.
  • Support configuration of new functionalities based on user requirements.
  • Good understanding of business requirements and technology to support business objectives.
  • System Administrator for defined information systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand problems and present solutions towards business partners.
  • Independent with a hands-on working style.
  • Team player.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and transform into IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in science, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years professional experience, preferably minimum 2 year in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in drug development and clinical operations beneficial.
  • Knowledge in system management and administration.
