This globally renowned CRO, who are undergoing an exciting phase of growth are actively seeking an experienced CRA line manager to join their close knit and personable team. The role offers fantastic long-term career growth and development prospects.
The role is an exciting opportunity to have hands on global management of a team of high performing CRAs within a highly reputable CRO.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of line managing a team of both headcount and contract CRAs; which includes recruitment, induction, training and development as well as setting monitoring plans and being invovled in appraisals. You must also have experience in budget management, resource management and managing SOPs. In addition to this you will ideally have experience of working within a CRO, and effectively working with Sponsors.
