Principal Consultant; Access Strategy
I am currently working in partnership with a global management consultancy on an exclusive basis. They are a Mid sized consultancy with over 10 years experience working alongside life science organisations to deliver Access Strategy.
They have been extremely successful within the Commercial Strategy/Market Access space covering Global markets with multiple US locations. And so they are now looking to mirror that presence in Europe with two new offices by bringing in an Access Strategy Principal Consultant to work alongside the Managing Director on the offices expansion.
Minimum Job Requirements;
- 7 years Access/ Strategy Consultancy Experience
- STRONG Hands on Experience in a life science consultancy.
- Business Development; Experience of hitting a yearly target and dealing with all outbound activities.
- Experience Line Managing Junior team members
- European Experience as a minimum
- Global Experience is advantageous
Role Responsibilities;
- Dealing with all outbound activities for Business Development e.g. picking up leads, setting up calls, following up with clients
- Line Management; Involved in the hiring of new team members and will lead a team of consultants in line with the companies strategic growth plan.
- Working in close collaboration with the US and other EU offices in order to expand the companies EU presence and clientele list
- Market Exposure; Working on European Access Strategy roles and as the company grows you will work on expanding their global presence in areas such as APAC, Emerging Markets and Australia.
- Vast Therapeutic Indications
Types of Projects;
- Access Strategy; Launch Sequencing & Prioritisation, Portfolio & Positioning.
- Pricing & Reimbursement; Early & Launch pricing, Innovative pricing strategy, price & revenue models.
- Diligence Support; P& MA Due Diligence
- Value & Evidence; HTA & Payer Evidence, Payer value proposition, value driver analysis.
