I am working with a Management Consultancy in Switzerland who are recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join their expanding Automation / RPA / Venture arm. The role will be in their Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical vertical.

The client is a global firm who offer a specialist prospective on automation.

They allow their clients to enable the future by providing tailored and professional services, bespoke to their client’s needs. Delivering intelligent process automation solutions which include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Low Code.

With offices across the globe they continue to experience rapid exponential growth. As part of the team you will experience a dynamic and creative work environment. The automation team are passionate about technology, the latest & emerging trends and successfully implement some of the most advanced and intelligent technologies for their customers.

You will have great exposure to a range of exciting and forward thinking projects. Along with working alongside the senior management team.

They are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting our customers in the professional and technical implementation of process automation solutions with focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Analysis and optimization of process flows and identification of automation potentials and evaluation of the associated added value for our customers
• Preparation and implementation of customer presentations and workshops
• Project management of customer projects with focus on (automation) operating model, intelligent automation strategy, and process optimization

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in Management Consultancy  
• Tangible project experience specifically in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals
• B.S. or M.S or equivalent
• An understanding or enthusiasm for topics such as automation, digitization, or artificial intelligence
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in English and German
