THE JOB

Due to the COVID situation, you will start working home based, but when things will settle down, this will be an office-based job in Maidenhead .

Our In-House CRA jobs are an entry point to develop a long term career in Clinical Trials: one route is to become a UK travelling CRA, but if you prefer not to perform on-site visits, we can offer you a dynamic career as Remote Site Monitor.

We'll invest in your development from day one so you are up-to-speed as soon as possible, and we'll make sure you have all the training you need to gradually grow your skills. From performing Case Report Form reviews, query generation, coordinating study visits, the shipment of drug or lab samples, etc., ensuring the quality and integrity of data will have no secrets for you. In fact, our team in Maidenhead is known for our carefully crafted coaching program.

After one year, you will know you were successful if you:

• Assist CRAs with preparation for Site Visits, Site performance monitoring and even implementing action plans if they are not meeting expectations

• Have learned the Core Documents by heart, and are able to spot missing documents, how to perform QC, filling, and the use of the CTMS

• Have gained independence following up with sites for Essential Documents, so you are an effective first link in a chain that helps to avoid delays later on.

Education/Qualifications:
University/college degree (life science), or certificationin a related allied health profession from an appropriatelyaccredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical orlaboratory technology)

Please note that we can only consider candidates for this job to be full time and based from our office in Maidenhead (once the COVID pandemic allows for it.)

On top of a Life Science degree, our ideal candidate brings a University Industry Placement , ideally a Professional Training Year or any industry internship at a relevant company, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory, Ph I clinic, etc., so you bring some familiarity with the terminology, regulatory requirements, project tracking, clinical documentation, etc.

We are also interested to hear from you if you have University Research experience, so you have had to develop research projects, and were involved with scientific writing and data analysis.
