Are you an experienced, certified 'Change Agent' with experience implementing Change Management within a large, global organization?

If you answered YES, then this could be the role for you!

Working remotely from your home office, we are looking for somebody based in Poland.

In this role you wil play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by growing employee adoption and usage.

You will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology.

We need a true Change Agent to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities via a tiered service model:
  • Articulate proposed change (current state/future state, scope, nature and vision)
  • Engage, coach and support leadership at all levels to ensure active and transparent sponsorship
  • Facilitate and analyze initial assessments (Project Sponsorship/Governance, Project Stakeholders, Change Impact, Change Risks) for strategy and planning
  • Build out Change Management Strategy and associated action plan to address Training, Communications, Stakeholder Mgmt., Risk Mitigation, Sponsorship and Support
  • Implement and/or oversee all aspect of Change Management plan
  • Facilitate Change Metrics definition, targets, collection and analysis
  • Manage and monitor change adoption (assess, review, remediate cycle)
  • Build and maintain effective foundational partnerships (i.e. Learning & Development to ensure effective Training Strategy and training deliverables, HR/Business for organization/staffing, IT for Technology support)
  • Assess the change impact
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Create change management strategy
  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, mentorship plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support communication efforts
  • Partner with the Learning group to training efforts
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Education/Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ProsciADKAR ®Model is a plus; ACMP or Prosci Certification required
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
Experience:
  • Solid experience implementing Change Management for large scale, global transformational projects
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and/or CRO industry strongly preferred but not essential
  • Experience with HTML publishing
  • Anility to build and maintain SharePoint sites to facilitate project collaboration and communications
  • Experienced in writing content for and producing/building communications vehicles (i.e. Sharepoint Sites, Newsletters, Websites, Videos, Executive Briefings, Managerial Talking points, Presentations, Brochures)
