Albion Rye Associates are proud to be working exclusively with an outstanding healthcare agency who are recruiting into their Pharma team. This is a permanent opportunity for an established Account Director who’s ready for their next challenge, or someone who is already at the Senior Account Director level who is maybe seeking a more flexible working arrangement!

You should have an appetite to shape and grow business, both new and existing. You will also be confident in leading talented, integrated teams and posses an analytical mind whilst maintaining a creative approach.

Overall, you will work on media relations, educational/disease awareness programmes, branding, social media, advocacy, internal and external comms, digital expertise in SEO, eCRM and web development.

Your new role and responsibilities:
• Growth of portfolio, developing strong relationships with your clients and companies
• Securing, retaining, and growing business with an agreed set of clients
• Overseeing and managing the planning and delivery of account activities and programmes that meet client objectives
• Contributing to/leading pitches and winning new work
• Taking an active role in new business development
• Lead and manage a team of client services professionals
