Description:
Are you looking for the next step in your career from recruitment to line management, this could be the role for you. CROMSOURCE is looking for a Consultant within its fast moving flexible resource department.

The Consultant is responsible for filling client requests and the line management of the relationship between resource and client, from initial contact until full contract term completion, including daily management of the resource.

In collaboration with the Regional Business Managers (RBM) who are responsible for finding the clients, the consultant contributes directly to account management, in terms of relationship building and maintenance, developing opportunities of repeat or new business.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensures effective and timely "matching process" (candidate to client): working with the Talent Acquisition Team, searches for suitable candidates
  • Ensures appropriate contract processes when candidate has filled the position (employment contracts, amendments etc.) in collaboration with the Human Resource Department
  • Complete induction of new staff including administrative onboarding tasks as needed
  • Performs accurate and timely follow-up of administrative duties, resulting in high quality of delivered services to customers, effective information flow to customers
  • Ensures effective performance management in order to provide personal development of the contracted resources to ensure performance meets and/or exceeds both the clients' and their own personal goals/objectives
  • Undertakes monthly meetings with all resources and prepares regular evaluations, as per the CROMSOURCE internal policies and Operating procedures. Undertakes review of training needs and implements development plans for all resources
  • Creates and maintains an environment which promotes staff retention and attracts new candidates
  • Ensures adequate tracking of study budgets and billing in conjunction with Finance and according to Operating procedures. Manages the pass through process effectively and to budget
  • In collaboration with the RBM, may perform local or regional prospecting activities, including proactive placement activities, in order to enhance customer acquisition
  • Supports the Account Management strategy to develop, maintain and optimise relationships with customers by ensuring timely follow-up of client requests and effective matching process
  • Supports the development and implementation of internal projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Reduce the spend of the business by improving efficiencies e.g. sharing advertising costs, using networks, pro-actively headhunting candidates


Education, Experience and Skills
  • Higher Education
  • Extensive selection experience using variety of recruitment techniques, especially in telephone interview
  • Networking capabilities
  • Preferably some line management experience, within a staffing environment
  • Fluent in English and local language(s)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments, new learning and travel (overnight, weekend and international travel may be required
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, (including experience in making presentations at meetings, training sessions.)
