After finalising new collaborations with some of the most innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in our industry that will expand their presence in Europe, we are mapping the market and collecting new profiles to enlarge our talent pool for relevant future opportunities.

We are looking to engage with experienced MSLs to qualify their situation, motivation to change, and their career preferences.

The desired experience is the following:

- Managing late-stage clinical trials, observational studies, and IITs
- Building a network and relationships with KOLs, PIs, and healthcare professionals
- Attending conferences, congresses, symposia, and other relevant events
- Contributing to scientific, evidence-based communication and education
- Collaborating with Marketing and Market Access
- Providing training to the company's sales workforce
- Preparing the medical content of documents and materials
- Providing insight and presentations for medical educational programmes and advisory boards
- Publications (abstracts, posters, case studies and peer reviewed papers) and literature update

We would like to have a conversation with people who can demonstrate scientific expertise in at least one relevant therapeutic area (oncology, onco-hematology, neurology, internal medicine, rare disorders), excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork skills, flexibility and adaptability, networking skills, the confidence to partner with senior experts on a peer-to-peer level, critical data analysis skills, and commercial acumen.
