The Director, Healthcare PR will be a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in three main areas, strategy growth (internal and external), client delivery and business leaderships (line management)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• • Line management of senior members of the client services team
  • Strategic lead on client accounts
  • Managing accounts to a high standard of service, on time, on strategy and on budget
  • Leading new business pitches
  • Sitting on part of the leadership team to develop Global growth strategy
    
    The ideal candidate will have:
     
  • 7+ years minimum experience in HealthcarePR agencies
  • Excellent team and client management experience
  • Proven abilities in presenting, pitching and winning new business
  • Flawless attention to detail and excellent quality control
  • Exceptional financial management skills
  • A drive to develop, as an individual, and within a team
  • Strong scientific knowledge, educated to a minimum degree level (life Science and advantage)
