The Opportunity
Be part of this growing, innovative, and dynamic NFP organisation. You will work closely with the CEO and their exceptional Board to bring to life the Company's Strategic Plan through the management of current key accounts and will drive the development of new & innovative alliance opportunities, locally and in other regions.

In summary you will be:
♦ An outstanding networker and have experience engaging with Universities, Health Care, Research, Industry and Government bodies, and other key sector stakeholders including clinical trials, medical research and the research sector more generally.
♦ Exceptional business development and education experience will be utilised to manage authentic and mutually beneficial relationships, both new and existing, to achieve growth and retention.
♦ A keen eye for identifying potential prospects. Your ability to listen and uncover their needs by asking planned and thoughtful questions will result in establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
♦ You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and present in a professional manner. Your relationship-focused approach will ensure that when a stakeholder is onboard, you're able to retain and grow the partnership accordingly.
♦ Understanding the needs of the stakeholders, you'll use your meticulous attention to detail, and organisational skills, to deliver agreements, new strategic partnerships and achieve KPI targets.

Your Experience and Skills
♦ Proven ability in Business Development, Alliance, Sales or Account Management with 2+ years' experience
♦ A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a science, nursing, clinical trials and business or related field
♦ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
♦ Experience with developing Business Development and Marketing plans
♦ Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) system experience
♦ Experience in the NFP/Charity Sector &/or commercial sectors
♦ Experience in the tertiary education, health care, research and clinical trials sectors an advantage
♦ Understanding of GCP, HREC, CTMS and global clinical regulatory requirements an advantage
♦ Exemplary written and oral communication skills
♦ Outstanding technology skills with the ability to rapidly learn and use various technology platforms.

This role is initially a contract for 12 months. They envisage that it will continue, particularly if you are able to assist to build upon what they see is the projected forecast growth from their in-depth market analysis.

There is opportunity also for part time from .6 FTE to full, with flexibility around your hours. You have the opportunity to work from home, also ensuring you that work life balance you are seeking.
