Clinical Data Manager

We are currently seeking a Data Manager to join our Client based in the East Anglia area. This is a full time, permanent position with the potential for remote working.

The Company

Our client is one of the largest specialist data focused contract research companies in Europe supporting human clinical trials developing new life saving drugs. Using its innovative Electronic Data Collection system, ePRO mobile app and related biometrics services, the company is a market leader in the healthcare arena.

The role will involve:

• Lead and effectively contribute to study team meetings, internally and with sponsors and vendors
• Prepare and participate in client and in-house audits and regulatory inspections
• Promote satisfaction with Data Management services, foster a sense of partnership and professional relationships across the company, sponsor and third-party study teams
• Provide back up support across the Data Management group as needed
• Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of all relevant in house systems and processes
• Contribute to the ongoing development and process improvement of the department and across the company
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert if required
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and delivery of data management training as required
• Manage and plan own time effectively and efficiently & make effective use of assigned data management resource
• Accurately record time according to project-specific requirements and general company guidelines
• Other activities as required by the Line Manager

The ideal Candidate will have:

• 2 years minimum contract research experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
