Regionalised CRA opportunities – Motivated Employer

I am currently working with a highly motivated company who are looking to identify high calibre CRA professionals for their UK team who will be regionlised to sites as close to home as possible. This will mean less travel and a much better work life balance. The protocols you will be monitoring will be for a single sponsor so meaning you will get to know the company better and work embedded with their headcount employees and managers. You will also get the benefit if using their technology and software which is all designed to make a CRAs work easier and more straight forward.

It is quite rare to be able to offer regionalised monitoring positions and my client are keen to make sure they employ established professionals for these positions so you will need the following to be considered for the positions:

• Minimum of 18 months of independent monitoring experience
• Experience working directly for a CRO or Pharmaceutical company
• UK driving licence
• Able to conduct up to 8 site visits a month
• Driven and motivated to progress through your career with a supportive company
• A life Sciences or Medical Degree (I.E Nursing)

Many of the studies this company are working on are still going ahead with remote monitoring and some on-site monitoring so they need monitors who have experience of carrying out both forms of monitoring. They will continue with a large element of remote monitoring in the future, meaning less potential travel.
