Associate Project Management

Hobson Prior are working with a leading biopharmaceutical organisation who are looking for an Associate Project Management to join them on a 12-month contract basis in Uxbridge where you will WFH until Covid restrictions are lifted. This position will be accountable to provide a variety of specialized support activities to ensure the optimal functioning of European Regulatory Teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of business processes, process improvements and associated enabling initiatives across EU RA.
• Maintain data sources for headcount and workload metrics.
• Monitor and manage team compliance.
• Manage Communication Platforms.
• Providing meeting support e.g. supporting slide generation and tailoring for leadership for project and management meetings.
• Project Management support for functional projects.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 4 years of Project Management or Leadership experience or associate degree and 4 years of Project Management or Leadership experience or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Project Management or Leadership experience.
• Experience with Project Management tools and processes (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio) would be preferred.
• Some understanding of Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong computer literacy, including SharePoint, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.
