QC Data Scientist

Hobson Prior are looking for a QC Data Scientist to join a biopharmaceutical company, that is focused on developing specific therapies that harness the immune system to destroy cancer cells. This position will be in Stevenage on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be assisting the management and generation of information this which will be stored in several software programs to aid statistical analysis, clarification of data, and investigating causes working with Analytical SME.
• As part of the role you will be inputting data into a software package to aid sample, material and equipment management and recording of outputs from Manufacturing activities.
• Support implementing and maintaining laboratory instrument interfaces with chosen software program working alongside the instrument SMEs.
• You will be assisting the management and generation of information this which will be stored in several software programs to aid statistical analysis, clarification of data, and investigating causes working with Analytical Small medium enterprises.
• Co-ordinating data output from different quality control evaluations through the data lifecycle to ensure reliable insertion into the company's proprietary databases and data integrity.
• You will be providing the support across testing and validation activities. This will be in line with regulatory guidelines including the generation of associated documentation.
• Manage and implement a system within quality control to coordinate the short-term, long-term storage and archive of hard copy raw data.

Requirements:

• You will need to have previous experience of working in a GMP lab specifically in a pharmaceutical environment and also handling biological datasets.
• You will need to require a BSc or MSc in a Life Science subject and strong knowledge of Computer systems.
