Nurse Program Coordinator

Ascott Sales Integration is a Sydney based company whose core service offering is to provide contract human resource solutions to a wide variety of clients in the healthcare sector. Ascott is now part of IQVIA, a leading provider of human science data and patient services.

You will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for providing administrative support for our patient support programs. You will preferably have experience in an administrative role, have a high attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively.

Your new role will include the following duties:

  • Program administration/coordination including nurse appointments and liaison with patients 

  • Adverse Event reporting management, quality checks, nurse report follow up and ongoing update training

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff to ensure smooth and efficient running of the programs

  • Ongoing liaison with line manager and other team members to ensure quality control, general direction and effectiveness of activities

  • Corresponding and regular follow-up with patients and Health Care Professionals to ensure satisfaction and quality program delivery

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Provide high quality data entry, database management and general administration

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or two years’ experience as a registered nurse (would need AHPRA registration)

  • You will have strong computer skills and be proficiency in MS Office

  • A commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations

  • Strong customer service focus.

  • Keen to learn and an ability to take on new tasks regularly

  • Ability to work and contribute in a team setting.

  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise.

  • Demonstrate a "can do" flexible approach and attitude to work.
