Hobson Prior currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join
a leading CRO who are focused on providing solutions to drive healthcare forward. This role will be accountable for selling the entire solution portfolio across R&D.
Key Skills:
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and have the self-awareness to know when to bring in the appropriate SMEs across a complex portfolio of expertise.
- Capability to lead and manage bid teams without direct line reporting.
- Ability to lead and manage complex negotiations.
- A proven track record of building strong strategic and trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Clear business acumen and creative problem-solving aptitude.
Requirements:
- A high level of drive and resilience reflected in a track record of sales and business development success in past roles.
- A passion and strong understanding of the life sciences market.
- Biopharma or Medical Device Research and development experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills where you can communicate the total company value proposition to a broad range of client stakeholders.
