TalentSource Life Sciences, a division of CROMSOURCE, is currently looking for a Quality Associate to join our client-based team. Our client is a respresented in Consumer Health Care, Pharmaceuticals and the Medical Devices. Scope of the role:

As a Quality Associate you will keep your eye on verifying if quality standards are achieved and maintained at the suppliers and you will keep the oversight on Quality Operations functions for external business partners.

This support includes ensuring continuous compliance with relevant regulatory health authority requirements, effective risk management, strategy development and execution, and effective collaboration between Research&Development, Operations, Procurement, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs and other technical disciplines. Functions and activities include quality assurance review and approval functions (such as Change Control, Deviation Handling), audit activities, pro-active Quality Engagement, creation and management of risk mitigation plans for suppliers.

This is a supportive function that will give you the full responsibility of making sure that the business, quality and compliance goals adhere to our client's policies.

This position requires the ability of building collaboration and teamwork across the local and global organization of our client and it interfaces with the quality unit of suppliers.

Your profile:

• This position requires you to be compliant with the current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH-regulation (International Conference of Harmonisation)
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills, accurate reporting
• It goes without saying that you have the quality mind-set
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; capable to interact with suppliers and internal organisation
• Fluent English and Dutch (written and oral)
• You hold a bachelor or Master in Sciences
